Keeley Investment Corp. (KIC) is a registered Broker-Dealer with the National Association of Securities Dealers. KIC is affiliated with, and under common control of, Keeley Asset Management Corp. (KAMCO), a registered investment management firm.

KIC serves as the underwriter and distributor of the KEELEY funds, open-end publicly traded mutual funds that include the KEELEY Small Cap Value Fund, the KEELEY Small-Mid Cap Value Fund, the KEELEY Mid Cap Value Fund, KEELEY All Cap Value Fund, KEELEY Small Cap Dividend Value Fund and the KEELEY Alternative Value Fund. National Financial Services LLC (NFS) serves as KIC’s clearing firm. The primary business of KIC is to execute transactions for advisory clients who elect to custody their account at KIC’s clearing firm, NFS.

KIC’s accounts are insured by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
